Lured in by the low sale price on a tri-color cow hide and the promise of fast, free shipping, I placed an order. The website claims shipping within 24 - 48 hours. After a week I still had not received an order confirmation, yet I saw that my card had immediately been charged, so I used the live customer service chat and inquired about the status of my order. The response was:

"the tricolor rugs (and most the other rugs) that are of high quality ran out, the only ones left are those with a bit of damage and the warehouse manager thought that it's not okay to send what's left so they waited for the next shipment which arrived yesterday."

I was told my order would ship that day and I would receive an email. A couple days later I received a shipment email with a tracking number, but when I clicked on the number it was invalid. I replied to the email and asked for confirmation my order had shipped. The reply?

"I received report that last week, the tricolor rugs (and most the other rugs) that are of high quality ran out, the only ones left are those with a bit of damage and the warehouse manager thought that it's not okay to send what's left so they waited for the next shipment which arrived yesterday. With that, I'm sure this will be shipped out today or tomorrow morning so perhaps you can see the tracking information by Friday at the least."
Hmmm, sounds familiar. At this point I started to feel suspicious so I asked that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. Customer service is refusing to refund my order, yet Friday has come and gone and I have no tracking information.

It was at this point that I started to look a bit more closely at the website and noticed the red flags...the site has "reviews" but the "submit review" button leads to nothing. 19K Facebook likes, but the page doesn't allow comments and its posts are stock images that have nothing to do with the business.

I would say you get what you pay for, but I'm out $218 and I have nothing!
