First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation poor repairs or patch miami, Nebraska

Called first american cause a water pipe started leaking in my attick. They sent out A-Z Plumbing,while I was at work. My son let them in.A-Z Plumbing used a 20 cent rubber patch and a 80 cent hose clamp on a galvanized pipe that was already 22 years old.I felt the pipe should of been replaced,the bad spot will only grow. I pay over 600 dollars a year for yhis home protection a year. Also a 65 dollar co pay fee for this. I called both A-Z Plumbing and First american home buyers to complane.Both told me a supervisor would contact me.Six weeks has went by ,and nobody from either company has call or anything.
