freightquote C.H. Robinson Co Inc ,Matt Druten charge me over $400 to deliver and loose my artwork MO Kansas

This company I used as an emergency to make a delivery of an artwork a huge box 81x55 it was supposed to be in 3to 5 business day this week number 3 and no one know where the merchandise is and to make worse I have been calling to find out the situation and every person the answers the phone doesn't have idea whats is going on besides from saying they can't find it and getting nasty, at this point just want the box back this is a real ripoff look at the reviews on google the way to find it is google freight quote Kansas is hundreds of people   in the same situation or worst the are a complete ripoff and the 3rd party carrier they use as well
