FreightQuote Fraudulent Business With Illegal Credit Card Charge OH

Freightquote quote invoiced my shipping charges from Maryland to Canada $437.00 and after 45 days they were not able to deliver item to the addresee. We had to hire another company to complete the shipping to Canada. However even Freightquote did not complete the service they charged our Credit Card aditional $249. When spoke to John Rodriguez the person who supose to take care of the shipping he acknoledged that item was not delivered by their shipper but state that we did not clear customes which does not apply for private or not comercial item. He refused to refund even he knows that he created wrong paperwork. Nver use this company. Obviosly their business include illegal charges (not authorised by customer like me) as a way to conduct their business.
