I had a bad experience while traveling thru the Pittsburgh station on June 2nd. Normally I travel for business, and I have used the Pittsburgh station before when traveling Greyhound from Cleveland to Pittsburgh in order to meet an
Amtrak or Megabus connection that leaves in the morning. I get to Pittsburgh about 4 in the morningso I usually wait a couple of hours to get ready for my other connections.

A problem occurred when I was waiting on June 2nd around 5 in the morning. A person walked up to me. I dont think he was security and clearly he was not the manager. This person was cleaning, and he felt I had been in the station too long. I told him I was a paying Greyhound customer, I used the service in the past & I plan on using the service in
the future. Evidently this person wanted to continue to debate me over things such as my trip was completed and now its time to leave the station. This person would not cut me any leewayhe just wanted to play it by the book. So I

By the way, on my way back from my New York trip, and coming from Buffalo, I was allowed (along with homeless people & drug addicts asking me for money) to stay in the Cleveland station for 4 hours--security officers were present looking on.

But evidently Greyhound Pittsburgh has a problem with past & future paying Greyhound customers. Thats why I made the decision to use Megabus all the way. Im sorry to say Greyhound has lost a 20 year customer over the incident in Pittsburgh. I hope they change their policiesinstitute leeway & not do everything by the book. I also wrote Greyhound Pittsburgh and got no response
