Massage Envy 15 credits (49.99 ea), would not let me use (to this day) until I put a new credit card on file Houston Texas

 No matter what location, they're all the same.  Previous Sugarland complaint of 7 credits (and not being able to use) - Katy location (location East of Fry Road in front of LA Fitness) - well, I have 15 credits I cannot use!  They deduct $49.99 / month.  I had a backlog of 15 months I had not been able to use.  When I tried to make an appointment, they stated my credit card on file had expired.  I explained I did not want to add a new credit card (and have $49.99 / month deducted again) until I used up some of the 15 credits I had already paid for! They refused to make an apointment for me until I put a new credit card on file.  Why would I want to continue paying $49.99 / month when I have 15 available ($749.85 total)??  I have reported this unsavvy business practice to the Texas State Attorney General.  Hope this helps others and I encourage others to file complaint with TSAG as well.
