MASSAGE ENVY CON ARTISTS Huntington Beach, California

After experiencing their massages for 6 months under contract, I went for my last massage and knew I wouldn't be re-newing because it was not worth it. I specifically asked the receptionists to confirm that this was my last visit and confirmed that mu credit card would no longer be charged. She assurred me that my contract was over and that I would no longer be charged. Here it is 2 months later and I'm still being charged and am now being told that I MUST cancel in writing. I tried to cancel on-line but that isn't an option and cancelling verbally isn't good enough - despite the fact that their employee assured me that I would no longer be charged. Obviously, their business practices are nothing more than to scam unsuspecting customers! I wrote to their corporate office cancelling my contract and if that doesn't work, my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau.
