The postage meter I was sent was unable to weigh packages of the said amount stated in the verbal contract. No formal contract was signed and no paperwork was given. I was told that the audio file would be sent to me for review. In that audio file the salesperson stated twice that the machine weighed packages up to 2.5kg.
Pitney Bowes is still sending me invoices and refuses to pick up the postage meter even though I offered to send it back at my own expense. These guys are grade A scammers. No written agreement, a loose return policy, and false information about the capabilities of their product.
I made the mistake of trusting this company because of their reputation. After hearing the audio file I told them that I'll be seeking legal action against them and reporting them to the BBB.
Is anyone else suing these jerks?
