realtor.com realtor.com Paying but not receiving leads and can’t get service stopped arizona Nationwide

Real Estate agents pay for leads to help maintain their business.I paid for leads back in May 2015 and received 4 leads total since May. I received leads for the first two month but was promised 4 leads a month. After 3 months of talking to realtor.com and supervisors, I finally received a refund in October. It was less than they originally agreed.  I asked to have the service cancelled and it was. Then I got charged again the next month and have been cherged every month . I am still paying for leads and have tried adamently to discontinue the service by calling multiple times. Now, my phone calls are not being returned. It is extremely frustrating and expensive. I feel the Supervisors have a disregard for their clients.
