There is a local Solavei Rep that is posting on a 'no business' free listing in Utah and he is a repeat offender. The con is that T-mobile services are free through Solavei, and; Robert keeps posting the business promotions in sections that do not allow it. If the reps can not abide by laws, how can one trust the company?

THE TRUTH ABOUT SOLAVEI

AUTHOR: Daniel Cruz - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 12, 2013

My Name:

Daniel Cruz

My background:
Graphic designer and web developer, 25 years old. Owner of a star-up development company.

My relationship with the company
Member since feb 2013

My comments:

I've been in network marketing for over a year and noticed how mlm companies tend to get people involved by giving them the chance to earn residual income. However, as someone mentioned, only 3% succeed while 97% fail. Last year with no experience I grew a 1,250 organization in my last mlm company, who had to spend from $225 to $1,500 in coffee. A year after, I looked back and noticed I didn't change anyone's life as I expected. I had not experience and didn't know people weren't going to make it. I decided to cancel my membership and stay away from mlm... Solavei came, I analized it really well and notice how a $0 investment ($0 because people already pay their phone bill) could get a lot of people to make a little bit of money. Then I talked to one of the founding members who told me "Daniel, understand, the philosophy at Solavei isn't to make a few millionaires but millions of people making a little. I loved that way to think so I joined.

Now 3 months later, I currently have a network of over 250 people, a rank of Thousandaire (residual of over $1,000/mo) 2 people with same rank under me, free cellphone service with much better coverage in my area than: Sprint, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, and others (Except att and verizon). I reached the $1k a month after I joined (2hrs per day, as mentioned I have my own company)

So to sumarize, I've found that people who critic do it for two reasons, either they are trying to make Solavei look bad for competitive reasons, or they are just too ignorant of the facts and rather criticise because they tried and failed.

My last comment: everyone has the right to try new things, and my suggestion to everyone is to never ever let anyone tell you can't do it because the reason they tell you that is due to the fact they can't do it themselves. Give it a try, study the system, you won't lose anything if you try, and if you don't like it, the company will give you your money back within 14 days of your sing up date...

And for those who feel scammed, send me a private email, I will make sure to give you your money back myself and send you a check from my earnings, just prove that you were ripped off and send me a copy of your statement with the charge and I will send you a check to your location, here is my email address:dcruz@aleconinc.com

Otherwise contact me to prove to you everything I said, I can let anyone login into my account to see I'm not lying.

Have a good one fellas!

Solavei is not the problem -the distributor is.

AUTHOR: Free Cell Service - ()

POSTED: Thursday, April 18, 2013

Your complaint is not with Solavei. The complaint should be about the distributor who I will assume signed you up for Solavei and that person, as can happen in any MLM or home based business, seems to have lied to you. It happens with brick and motar businesses too.

Solavei has 175,000 members to date and many of those operate retail locations across the country. They do use T Mobile's network.

If you are referring to Craigslist, report the offender. ALL listings in the "Sales" catagory are prohibited by Craigslist if they require money from the job seeker.

I am a distributor (not in your state), only offer new phones to my down line, and no one has ever had the problems you describe. The complaint is with your distributor so you should file a Ripoff report about the distributor so others don't have the problems you experienced. My advice is to complain about the person.

Solavei has it right

AUTHOR: expertlearner - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Well, as you mentioned the issue here is with the person. I've been a customer for 13 days and I did a deep research before become one to avoid Ripp offs and Scams. I found information about the MVNOs and where Solavei comes from. Everything looks good and moved in.

As you must noticed Solavei business model is based in referring people. Solavei don't spend money in marketing at all and they put it back to the customers. That is the reason why you can get you cellphone bill paid at all and even generate income.

During these 13 days, as customer I've been reading and learning about the compensation plan and it is a good one. A lot of companies follow similar models but this one is so good because you don't have to pay registration, buy kits or pay hidden fees. You just pay your $49 monthly bill as you, probably, do today with any other carrier. Remember Solavei offer unlimited voice, text and data (4Gigs at 4G and the rest at 2G), the "best 4G unlimited" data plan for the $49, that given the opportunity to get money by referred person allows you to bring it to $0 or get money.

Additionally Solavei allows you to bring your gsm phone but if you don't have one they give you a free smartphone. I was in Metropcs so i got the free smartphone. Today I have 8 days using it and I got strong signal, long battery life, good speed running games and the better,  and it has "hotspot" so I don't need to pay anymore the 3g for my iPad and I'm saving additional $25.

So, as you can see, the Solavei opportunity is very good and can help lots of people (there is today130.000 customers) and the guy you've cached putting the advertising where he shouldn't is just trying to bring this message to the most people as he can. Solavei as all those companies following the same business model has tems and conditions, anything the customers do is their responsability.

In case you change your mind and want to move to Solavei you can ask me any question.  I'm so thankful with Solavei for the service and the opportunity and I would like to help you to learn about how the system works, how to refer people and how to build a web as the one I did setup a couple days ago (((ROR redacted)))
