 Wow what a ripoff company.I had two payments that were late because of the economy and no work for a while .i got a letter sent to me telling me I owed two payments so I got the cash together and sent it to them . About a week later they sent the money back to me after they had cashed my check and said they needed three payments now because it did not get there in time. So they demanded three parents including late fees and now wanted to escrow my insurance and taxes for a total of $12000 . Great. Now I have to come up with &12k to keep my house. I sent them overnight $12000 yes $12000. A few days later I get my certified bank check for $12000 back saying that I now have to go through their attorneys because they have already put my case though the attorneys for foreclosure. I went back and forth with them and could not talk to anyone at SUNTRUST mortgage. I went to my attorney and he told me that it would cost $20 k to sue SUNTRUST but I had already had to come up with $12000 to stop the foreclosure. Well I am a little over a year and a half past this situation tried to modify my loan with them and got nothing but the run around . They now escrow my taxes and insurance and my note now is $1000 more a Month than it used to be and my property value has dropped by more than 50%.sp now I am saving the penny's I have left over every month to raise that $20k I need to sue these a**holes
