I fell into financial hardship in 2011 and contacted Suntrust Mortgage to see if I could remodify my loan to get a lower interest rate and payment. I sent them the information they requested over seven times. Every time I sent it they let it lapse and needed updated information.
I sent in a payment that was refused and sent back to my bank. They have currently sold my house and I just got an eviction notice yesterday. There has to be something I can do to keep my home! I did everything they asked in a timely fashion and I am still losing the only home I have ever known, the one I raised my children in, and the one I currently reside in. I can't lose my house! I have no where to go! Please let me know if anyone has ANY information

I have filed a report on here as well recently but I was trying to remodify my mortgage through Suntrust since 2011 was told not to pay my payment after I paid a payment and it was sent back to my financial institution. I faxed in updated papers to Suntrust 10 times or more! They never NEVER told me my modification wasn't approved and they forclosed on my house. I'm at a loss! I need help! This isn't fair. I was never late on my payment up until they told me not to pay!
