T-Mobile Don't care about customers Coconut Creek, Florida

I bought 2 phones from this store 10 months ago. I paid a total of $1800.00 in cash for 2 new phones and accessories. Since I paid cash there would be no contract but on a month to month basis.
Since the beginning one of the phones was having issues. But the las few weeks the phone started shutting off and freezing for long periods of time.
This is where the fun begins.
I went to this store and I tell them my issue. Right away they say " no problem sir, you are still under warranty therefore we will order you a new phone. It will take one day." Then they look into my account and they tell me " sorry sir but you have no contract, there is nothing we could do for you."

So I call customer service and they tell me that I need to send the phone in and they will send a new one. Sounds great, but I then asked the store clerk if I could have a loaner until I get the new phone, so I could run my business. 
Their response was " ohhh nooo, that's only for customers, that's only for people that have a contract, we don't know how long it will take for you to get your new phone, we cannot help you.Loaners require a $50 deposit and it's only for our customers"
WHAT AM I ?
So I looked shocked as you could imagine so I tell them that I will give a deposit for the loaner, I say I will get into a contract if I need to, I will give my credit card and if I run away with it, they could charge me. All I need is a phone with my number for work. I said to them it's not right to treat a customer this way, I need it for work and I cannot be without a phone for 2 weeks. 
Then they look at me straight in the eye and  say " we cannot help you. you don't have a contract"

Even though I bought 2 phones from them at $1800.00, I have had service for almost a year and they have collected over $1500.00 in monthly fees combined, I AM NOT  a customer.

T-Mobile is a rip off, and the store in Coconut Creek is a big scam. They treat the customers like they are special and they have nothing to lose.
