For the most part I've been very satisfied with T-Mobile customer service, rates and offers.
BUT their tech support is terrible.
Other than recommending turning off the hand set or taking out the battery for a frozen trackball, they quickly move on to say that I needed to purchase insurance and/or a NEW PHONE.
The calls sound far away, like they are out-sourced overseas, with often a person with a heavy accent or who barely understands English doesn't help.

Granted, if I had the phone a long time or I had damaged the phone I would have BUT this phone is a new phone!

VERY dissapointed with T-Mobile. Wake-up!! Hire REAL Tech support T-Mobile !!

T-Mobile Deceptive billing practices, post dated payments while the account is supposed to be on credit T-Mobile will bill your card as a post dated payment, continually xharge unlawful amounts of late fees and reconnect fees. Thus services are interrupted while future dates payments should be canceled as real time payment must be made to restore service. Filing a claim, for missing payments results in inaccurate amounts this not being able to dispute the amount. Palos Heights Illinois
