T-Mobile My husband and I moved our service from Verizon to T-Mobile and from the get go it didn't work,.. I called monthly to complain and basically got the run around and still charged. I cancelled the service returned the phones and then got threatening letters in the mail that I would be charged for equiptment that was returned. Is over 20 calls of complaints enough to prove that this doesn't work? Tigard Nationwide

My husband and I transferred our service to T-Mobile after years of service with Verizon, since the inception of our service (which didn't work) I've made multiple phone calls to T-Mobile to at least attempt to make it work.  It never panned out and they even sent out a booster (that didn't work either) - from October thru to May - I'm a major entitity in the system,.. for all of my calls (which weren't all logged in - shocker),.. I have since gotten two threatening letters to charge me for both the phones which were returned, as well as 500 for the booster which only ate up my electricity.

I don't know if there are any other phone companies that can be more imcompetant - less efficient - fraudulant - the list can go on and on.  When I I called today at 3:34 pm on June 2,2014 - I asked for a email address and a fax number - suddenly they didn't have it - yet - the return label could not be mailed to me - it had to be e-mailed to me,.. ummm thought they didn't have emai?  Is it just me or does something sound wrong.

My husband and I both use our phones for business,.. we have have lost thousands of dollars on both sides.  I have been promised everything and got Nothing.  T-Mobile has the worst business practice EVER.

Not sure how they still are in business - it baffles me.  Charging for phones that didn't work,. constant dropped calls, threatening to take me to collections if I don't return the "booster" which again,.. Never worked $500 bucks for a peice of equiptment that just ate my electricity - Really?

Please - do Not ever go to T-Mobile - they are horrible, corrupt and should shut their doors down.  For the other people that have complained,.. I suggest this to you,. write in to the Better Business Bureau, Visa or Mastercard,.. which ever credit card company you charged your account to,. if they get enough complaints they will loose their contract with those companies,.. next write a complaint on the Rip Off Report and spread the word.

Horrible company.

Most Sincerely -

Nicole G. Leatherman
