The purpose of this letter is to notify T-Mobile of my dissatisfaction with their customer service and their reseller’s ability to conduct fraud on my account. I will be detailing the circumstances of my experience on each line and with the customer service response to my issues.

Over the last year and a half, T-Mobile as allowed my children to upgrade phones on my account without my authorization and insinuated it was my responsibility. On one instance my son was not eligible for and upgrade so they upgraded my line, gave him a new phone and implemented a $30 a month data plan on my line. I have contacted customer service, customer loyalty and fraud prevention over the last two weeks with an expected phone call in return but unfortunately I have not received a response.

Authorized line on account, I live in Alaska where T-Mobile does not have service. I have kept this line active for the last six year to keep the account active and provide service for my children and mother. I choose to have this line cancelled.

This is the line that has been fraudulently upgraded two times in the last year and a half, my son is 14 years old and could never pass for me as I am 46 years old. I choose to have this line cancelled.

This is my oldest son’s phone who is now in the navy and stationed in San Diego. He needed a new phone which I tried to reach T-Mobile to straighten out the current situation but unfortunately I did not receive a response from either customer service, customer loyalty or fraud prevention before he signed up with a new provider. I choose to have this line cancelled.
