Verizon Bad customer service will discontinue service jacksonville Florida

Contacted verizon last night concerning our bill, we had 300 minutes 2 days ago and all of the suddent dropped to 3 minutes?  I don't think so, also they were extremely rude, and did Not offer help at all instead Supervisor yelled at us.

We will be discontinuing using their services this week and never use them again.

Also what's up with them ease dropping into our phone calls for IRS and also for the govt?

What in the world?

So we're droping them ASAP
