Verizon - Randy - Supervisor Purchased in home connects. The phone echoed and I had to switch back over. Lost phone service for my business for 2 days and was charged $170 for an early termination fee. Months and many hours on the phone later I was told by manager Randy that he called his tech supports and they said the towers are fine in my area. Interesting that when I asked for Randy’s last name he couldn’t give it to for security reasons. Or maybe that was so he could hang up on me Nationwide

I switch from a personal account to a business account with Verizon.  I was sold these home phone connects.  They were to replace the ones I already had through comcast.  The sound quality was so bad I could barely understand customers.  We then had to switch back to comcast with the same #. For 2 days when calling our business line it woud say this # doesn't exist.  Instead of an apology for not being able to provide the service they sold, I recieved a early termination bill for $170. After many hours on the phone being told it would be credited I was put through to manager Randy.  Randy would not give me his last name for secury reasons or so hey said.  he did tell me he contacted his tech team and stated that the towers around me are fine.  So basically to sum up the Verizon experince:  Was sold a sevice that didn't work, lost 2 days of business to switch back, lost more then 5 hours of work trying to rectify the situation, paid $170 early termation fee, was pretty much called a liar because there techs said so, and then was cutiously hung up on by Randy.  Time to take my business to T-Mobile
