Virgin Mobile has been playing me for a fool. I first purchased an HTC EVO 3d from Virgin Mobile web site. There was an internal problem with each replacemnt I received. Now they ran out of stock for the Evo and decided to send me a less than quality phone. A Samsung Victory. The phone is pretty but doesn't have near the specs I oredered when i purchased the evo. So I asked them to please send me the Samsung Galaxy S2 4g.

While 6 people told ok and yes you will get it any day, 10 more told me no. I never recieved the proper exchange. They ripped me off woth a lower grade phone. They they wanted give me 45.00 refund because they were refusing to do what was only fair and right. However that 45.00 refund can only be used on their site! RIP OFF!!! All I want is a compatible phone that matches my EVO. I am settleing for the Samsng S24G, but they won't send it. They gave me fake oreder numbers, told me it was on hight priroity for over a week and a half.

I got no call back no nothing. They are forceing me to take the Samsung Victory even though it's not a phone i requested. Then someone told me that they were giving these phones out ntemperarilly until the Evo comes bck in stock. Well I found out the Evo is being discontinued. ANOTHER RIP OFF and lie from them.  All I want is a compatible phone like the specs my EVO had. Since the Evo is not in stock the least this lousy company can do is give me the type phone I paid for. They lie and scam and play people for fools.

Something need to be done about this. I will only settle when I get the phone I paid for and deserve. Or one like it. Samsung Galaxy s24G. These people had me in tears with the lies they told. They are mostly mean, and will fight to the death to make sure things go their way. I will never reccomend this phone service to anyone ever again. I pleaded with them over this situation. I've been a good faithful Customer, but after this 3 month long experience, They need to be looked into. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!
