I placed an order for DIETZX on September 27, 2001. I received an email to verify my order. My order number was 09272001111092240 and they said it would be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks. On September 28, 2001 $55.60 was taken out of my checking account using my debit card. I never received the product.
In October I tried to call the number they gave me (1-800-457-0825) several times and I would be on hold for 30 minutes or more and never get a person. On November 14th I received an email from Vitafree stating that due to the overwhelming amount of orders, it would take about 6 weeks from the order date for shipping.
In December I tried to call several times again and had the same result. Finally on April 3, 2002, when I still had not received the Dietzx, I called again and I was on hold for and hour when someone finally answered and he said his name was "Bobby Crow." I told him I had never received my product and that the money WAS taking out of my account. I told him that I can go online to Vitafree.com and put in my order number and it shows that "My order is being processed."
It never says that it was sent. He looked up my order number and told me that the computer shows that I did pay $55.60 for the product. I told him that I wanted a refund immediately and he said that they would credit it back to my account within a few weeks. He gave me reference #5173315.
On July 18, 2002 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They sent several letters and received no response. Today is July 30, 2003 and I still have received no refund. I can still go online to look at my order and it still says "Order is being processed."
