Fraudalent accounting practices. They take money from your bank account for no reason. They put you on hold for extremely long periods of time when you try to dispute the charges. They will drop your calls when you try to talk to them. Time to look for another provider. I wish to advise everyone not to deal with Vonage. This company is a rip-off.
