Did you know that if you decide to terminate your contract with Vonage before 12 monthm they charge you a $ 40 erly termination fee ( per line ) plus a $80 chrage for the device that they gave you in the first place??

Insane !! I told them: I don't want to keep the device ( the one that connecting to your hi speed internet modem allows you to make phone calls). I can mail you back your stupid device why are you charging me ?

I had one phone line , one fax line( but I had to pay more since it was set upas a voice line) and now because I dont' want their horrible service anymore I find my self with an early termination charage of $166 !!!!!!

My relationship with Vonage has been very frustrating from the beginning, mistakes on the top of other mistakes with hours over the phone to get things going..........

This without considering how difficlut is to transfer your existing number ( the amount of burocracy that you have to go thru is very very annoying_. Their burocracy is very annoying and then they will bombard you with a gazzillion of emails.

Did you know that if you have a fax and need a fax line for it you have to activate the service as a voice line ( $25 instead of $9.99) then ask for a comversion to data line ? Yes what a pain ......and they even chrage you $15 do chage a voice line to data line..............

I told them: not my problem if you can't activate the line as a data line in the firts place....now after all the hassle I even have to pay a junk fee of $15 to have it converted or in alternative i have to keep on paying $25 a month ???

You comment on this I rather don't say a word............ I'm too mad.......

What about the conversation quality? Just about all the times that I call outside the country, I hear them but they can't hear me, so I have to redial...............

Stay away from Vonage. A company that overcharges early termination fees plus all the other troubles that you will get from them are not someone that you want to reward with your business.
