Wild Blue Communications Unable to provide srvce contracted for; threatened I.R.S. action; could be liable for I.R.S. action against them Greenwwood Plaze Blve #300, Colorado

Had services one day; they couldn't provide speed contracted for; service tech told me it was the best they could do; canceled contract; told it was not cancellable; told them contract works both ways, if they cannot provide services contracted for contract void.  Then get collection letter telling me they will charge off as uncollectible and let I.R.S. come after me.  Float interest, the amount of interest they make off all the people they refuse to refund money that is held even though services not provided and voiding contract.  I.R.S. should be contacted and let Wild Blue help pay off national debt.  A lot of company's do this but Wild Blue is the most blatant.  Contact attorny let him and I.R.S. go after Wild Blue.  Contracts work both ways; if the buyer OR probider do not meet contract requirements contract is void or up for collection.  Promises made by agents on phone are same as contract.  I have gotten run around everytime I FINALLY get to a real person.  Contacting I.R.S. is next move.
