Brett Jacobson LottoLotto Inc. unhappy victim of loan fraud as described by his accountant and other information I have gained from large national Banks. west hollywood california

I made a loan to his company which he personally guaranteed, he never paid me back and would consistently make up complete lies as to where the money went and when I was going to be repaid.  The stories he would fabricate were beyond belief and then my bank spoke to his bank to confirm that he was lying and that the amount of money he said he had in his account from an investor were all fake.  The investors was not real either.  Just story after story.   

His lies were verified with several banks and his accountant who understood the severity of the crime and admitted that he had been asked by Brett to tell me a fabricated story as to when and how I was going to be repaid.  Once his accountant understood the severioty of the crime he came forward to my attorney and I and said that Brett asked him to fabricate a story that he had an investor that was going to stay in his deal and repay the note/guarantee he had signed.   

The accountant said that he would testify if we did not go after him as he didnt want to loose his accounting license.  He is notorious for then telling his victims that he is being harassed and that he will sue if they dont leave him alone and that he is the victim.   I have personally uncovered many lawsuits against him and spoke to attorneys and plaintiffs; many of which have very similar complaints.   

I am tyrying to get the DOJ or states attorney to go after him criminally since he has obviously financially hurt other people before me.   Please be careful of this guy.
