Brett Jacobson Lottolotto Gamz Con artist extraordinaire; Multiple Judgement Against Los Angeles California

I took the role of VP of Sales with Lottolotto Gamz Etc. on April 17th and resigned July 14th, 2017 as CEO/founder Brett Jacobson never paid myself or any employees wages during our time of employment. In researching this seems to be a pattern with Mr. Jacobson, he uses the same excuses in all his past companies.

First check is in the mail; I wired the funds; Investors changed banks on me. All are lies and in contacting the supposed investors and legal counsel, none of them want anything to do with Mr. Jacobson including his supposed legal counsel Marty Waters. In addition to Mr. Jacobson forged a signature on a SEC filing form D Notice of Exempt Offering Securities. The business address on file (2200 Laural Canyon Blvd) is a residence and has never been owned by a Mr. Brett Jacobson according to the LA County Property Appraisers office. 

Lottolotto/Brett Jacobson currently owes four former employees wages that were never paid and the executive recruiting firm he signed a contract with. I estimate he owes approximately $200k just in Lottolotto dealings not including the numerous judgements my attorneys were able to locate. My legal counsel has sent a demand letter to two different addresses with no response and an email which we received a read receipt on so Mr. Jacobson is aware of the issue. His newest business which I can only suspect to be fraudulent as well and an attempt to defraud investors is MediSiren. 

Based upon Mr. Jacobson's record, he will submit a fiery rebuttal threatening legal action. Please do send/start legal action as my attorneys are eager to hear from you as well as the Texas Workforce Commission, and the US Dept. of Labor Wage and Hour Division.
