Diamond & Diamond, Injury Attorneys Poor representation at best, They advertise that they are tougher than a diamond with insurance claims which is laughable Toronto, Hamilton, London, Windsor, Barrie, Ontario

In 2012, I was in a automobile accident caused by and elderly vehicle driver who went through a stop sign and demolished my 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche SUV.  The driver was subsequently charged with careless driving.  In the timeframe immediately following the accident, I had to have open heart surgery, and had other elective surgeries put on hold for 3 years.  In the seventh year of Diamond & Diamond's representation, Diamond and Diamond notified me that they were not going to court with my case. 

I suspect but cannot prove that they (Diamond & Diamond) cut a side deal with the insurance company to make my case disappear.  I would advise anyone considering to retain an Injury Lawyer to go elsewhere as this company is populated with a bunch of jerks who misrepresent and lie to you.
