Fitness 1440 KEPT TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, AFTER MY 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. CUMMING GA

I had a 12 month contract, january 2018 to december 2018. in January of 2019 they continued to charge me for the memebership, i called and talked with the new owner, and nothing was solved, he told me he wasnt giving me my money back because i never cancelled the membership.

So at that time i told him to cancel it even though it states in the contract that after 12 months the membership is done. So he didnt charge my card anymore until march of 2019 out of no where, so i called and was told the same thing. This company is still taking my money and i havent been here in over a year.
