Tony Kelly called our business 2 years after his purchase of $64.13 to advise he received the initial product but didn't receive a second product he requested under warranty. He requested his money back for the shipping of the second product which was covered under warranty. Having been 2 YEARS since the original purchase he was out-of any warranty claims.... When we investigated, we found that his tracking number associated with the second product's delivery did in fact show certified delivery of product to his address at that time. 

When he was confronted with the fact that we have confirmation his name he gave suddenly then chaged to John Kelly for some strange reason and then started using profanities and threatening bodily harm to our customer service staff and myself. Finally, the call was ended with this individual. 

We belive he probally tries to do this kind of thing to businesses all the time, changing he name as he goes. So we wanted to alert other businesses to this person and his scam...
