Justanswer - misslead me and charge me for services which at that point has not been provided! Internet

Justanswer A site in which they help people solving problems related to A/c and related problems with air conditioning units! I contacted them, in order to solve a problem regarding my A/C air conditioner unit.The customer service told me that based on the internal policy I have to send my personal financial data which i did and subsequently i was told that there will be an initial charge of $5 and once I send the card data a technician will contacting me regarding my issue. Once I sent it a new set of regulations appear in which a initial charge of $33 will be automatically deducted based on this new revelation I was made aware that the initial $5 was a misleading statement.I was told that once i agree a technician will contact me.At this point a message from my Truist bank appears atating that I am a victim of a scam!I was told to contact my bank which i did and a a result i was told that before even talking with a technician i was charge $33 and , if i agree with their policy i will essentially sign a subscription for one year!?I wrote “justanswer” that i refuse their policy and based on the message received from my Bank I cease and desist any form of communication with them being misleadi and also my card has been terminated this based on thir actions !Justanwer llc- 440 N.
