Ordered the massage gun on January 3, 2020, they said it would be a couple of months to deliver. After a couple of months transpired, they sent an email saying that if I could wait a few more months, they send me the "new and improved" upgraded version at no additional cost if I could wait a few more months longer.

Now, here it is Nov 12, 2020 and I can't even get their support department to respond to an email. They disappeared with my money and I think it's probably too late now to get the credit card company to dispute the transaction. So i guess I'm going to have to hit the websites and BBB to let others know about my experience so they don't get caught in this scam..
