Ordered merchandise (clothing) from this rip off of a company. Received order and merchandise was not as described. EVERYTHING was poorly made and flimsy Tried to return everhything butd the website just sent me in circles. Reached out to the BBB - the company did ot respond It is now too late to return this merchandise and I lost over $300. Wanted to warn others not to do business with this company.

LightintheBox Light in the Box I ordered a jacket and another ski outfit with a jacket and pants. The single jacket is defective. They won't refund my money unless I pay for shipping back to China -- $60+ for shipping. I don't think I should be required to pay for shipping of defective items sent in the wrong size.

Light in the box co.ltd Occasion girl Ordered my daughters prom dress, spoke to a representative before ordering. They assured me that the order would be met. I paid extra for express shipping and to have the dress custom made. Received the dress and it's not what we ordered at all. We ordered a black dress, the one we got it white. Light in the box Donna dolis The $300 prom dress we ordered was a mess. The seams are puckered. There are glue marks under the beads. Plus, there are stains all over the floor length gown.they denied shipping it stained and suggested we get it dry cleaned. Dry cleaner stated is in cleanable that the fabric got wet and the dye ran. They offered to give me half purchase amount instead of full refund. Prom is in three weeks and the dress is unwearable. The bag it shipped in has perforation holes but they refuse to file a damage claim as well and refuse to take responsibility for the ruined dress Suzho Industrial Park Internet
