Metro CELL PHONE SERVICE CORRUPTION Nationwide

Although I knew this corrupt company had been government-owned since its birth. I have used it for years. I am fuc**g fed up with the corruption and bad customer service. Once in a while, a person who is employed knows what they're doing, but most people are STUPID as can be.  

I called to buy $5 of data, the guy was charging me $7, my card would not go through, so I told him Forget, I will call back and he shut off my phone service. The entire system shuts it down, and on top of that, I can't get through to customer service because now this FU*** up business tells me to make a payment to speak to someone.  My phone bill was already paid, it's not DUE FOR ANOTHER TWO WEEKS, so it should not have been interrupted, but it was.  I AM SO SICK OF THIS GARBAGE....  there is no excuse not to be able to speak to CUSTOMER SERVICE so I can have the problem fixed and turn my phone on.  Now the CORRUPT METRO SHUTS OFF MY PHONE....I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW WITH THIS CRAP!

I AM DONE AND CHANGING TO SOMEONE ELSE..... fu*** metro! Do not use this crap service!
