This company represented themselves to be associated with Amazon. After my wife and I attended their sales promotion, which they were very secretive about, we were promised a choice of a 3 day trip with air fare included or a 7 day cruise on Royal Caribbean Cruise lines.

They said we have to regiser within 7 days of attending the sales promotion, We registered the same day for the cruise. The said allow 7-21 days for the certificate to arrived and we had 18 months to take the cruise. We have never received another email or any communication from them whatsoever.

They don't list an email contact on the website only a telephone number. The number 855-853-6388 goes to voice mail and then it tell you the milbox is full. This is a ripoff and I'm very surprised Amazon and Royal Caribbien Cruse Lines are allowing their names to be associated with this ripoff scam.

It used ScratchGiftClaim as a vehicle to market its services with the promise of being rewarded with a prize through ScratchGiftClaim if the recipient of the invitation attends a presentation, but it failed to deliver the prize it guaranteed. it also would not provide a contact unless the attendee purchased a membership for $ 5,000. ScratchGiftClaim.com failed to deliver the reward they guaranteed if we attended a presentation. unknown unknown

Professional Travel Center I attended a sales presentation in Henderson Nevada on Jan.12/2018, as an incentive to attend you were given a choice between Cruise or Air Fare,no purchase necessary. I was told to apply to ScratchGiftClaim and was assigned #F-11304 that was on Jan.14th 2018. No response. I am attaching all the documentation I received in my complaint to Federal Trade Comm., BBB.
