This company FAILED TO SEND THE GIFT that they claim I won. I attended the presentation on 01/12/2018 at the Seven Hills Conference Center in Henderson, NV. They instructed myself and others to register the certificate they issued us within 7 days. I registered it the same day and it said "Please allow 7-21 days to receive your certificate. This will include the time required for validation, processing, mailing and e-mailing." I registered for the 7 Day Cruise for Two and a gift card from Target that ranges form $5-$100. I still have not received the voucher for the cruise or the gift card. Apparently, I am not the only one who attended the presentation for Buying Club and have not received the gifts as promised. I have continued to call the 1-855-853-6388 phone number every day and get the same recording that says congratulations and says all operators are busy with the option to leave a voicemail. They have not returned any of my calls. Other than the voucher with a Voucher No. to register it, I Have no other information on this company.

Scratch Gift Claim ripoff
AUTHOR: Tony - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Monday, April 30, 2018
The same thing happened to me. I attended a conference and wasted three hours of my life listening to a complete b.s. home improvement, travel program in which they wanted $5000 to sign up for their discounted plans. So, to compensate for my attendance they offered me a scratchgiftclaim certficate in which I supposedly won a 3 day trip with air & hotel. Well, I registered for this gift and it's been two months now with no sign of it arriving in the mail. I really feel like I've been duped and I hope others will read this posting to file additional complaints. This company needs to be shut down due to deceptive practices.
