Tempur-Pedic Not standing behind warranty Lexington Kentucky

I purchased a Tempur Pedic electric bed base for my 93 year old father. 
Base has stoppped working and is still under warranty.

I have called 5 times and each time I am told they will help and then I never hear back.

His bed has not worked for months. I called again this week and they said they have no technician in the area he lives and cannot fix the bed but they could send me the parts and I would have to find a certified technician my self.

This is beyond unbelievable. How would I find a technician when they are unable to.

I then said it is there responsibility based on the warranty that they should be sending a new bed base since they are unable to fix it. I was then told they would put together a claim and send me an email with all the information that day.

That was a week ago and I have not heard anything. This company is so fraudulent- on line there are so many reports similar to mine and they get away with it. I am planning on filing a lawsuit.
