1SaleADay SCAM 1SaleADay - Took Money but never sent product - No customer service number Florida

December 6, 2013 order dre beats headphones for a Christmas gift.  here it is a month later, no product, no refund and no working number to contact.  The only contact I have is an email with minimal contact.  After inquiring about my purchase I was told that they aplogized for the delay and they were working on their shipping process and my product should be shipped within 3 to 5 days.  That is not the case.  After several other email inquiries all you get is someone will get back to you within a coupld of days.  The last was another apology and if I wanted to cancel the order, they would TRY to see if they could.  What company has to TRY to see if they can cancel an order and what kind of company doesn't have a working customer service number.  They took my money December 7, 2013 a day after I placed the order and said a 1 too two week shipping period.  its been a month, and nothing.  After reading the reviews from other consumers, I see that this is a scam/fraud or whatever else.  I hope something will be done about this.  I know I certainly learned a lesson, and would like this company investigated for whatever it is they are doing.  Obviously, a company that takes your money a day after you place an order and doesn't ship the product means they basically stole from you.  Not cool. 

They take your money and never deliver the product.  I would of never done it if I didn't receive a comforter a month or so prior with no problem.  (took some time), however, it seems like the popular items do not exist.
