To whom it may concern,

I did a search for all accounts we have on board in Hawaii. We have absolutely no record of this merchant ever being on board with us and with the limited information provided herein we are powerless to assist this merchant. As I have indicated in many of these posts, there are hundreds of Independent Sales organizations using the name 1st National Processing or First National Processing across the United States and many of them have a horrible reputation as a result of their deceptive business practices. Contrarily we operate under the missions statement "Honesty Integrity and Full Disclosure along with Superior Service and Support" and have done so for over 16 years, hence the reason why we maintain an A Rating on the BBB.  

Due to our high rankings on the search engines many merchants form other companies who have bad experiences with other offices many times search the company 1st National Processing and post using the info they find that populates 1st which is incorrect all too many times.  To alleviate this confusion we registered with the card issuers about 4 years ago and began operating under the name 1st National Payment Solutions. So any and all complaints, compliments, testimonials or concerns about us should be directed under that name as we have not operated under the name 1st National Processing or First National Processing for a very long time.   

We are here to help this merchants, and any and all merchants that experience problems of any type.  All this merchant would need to do is contact our offices and we would be all over any type of problem they are having.
