I had my Merchant Account with 1st national Processing for fewer a year. During this relation with 1st national we had a couple of problems regarding not authorized charges from my account. I had to call them and raised hell with them and screamed on the phone so bad that i received my money back.

Then I found a better way for wireless Credit Card charges via iPhone and i decided to cancel the contract with 1st National Processing.

The Problem with the charges on my account went worst and worst. My account was cancelled one month before the next billing. I called 1st national and they confirmed i do not have to expect any charges my account is closed.

Fine!

A month later I found a charge on my account the monthly fee. I called ask why you still charging me they said your account is still active. I faxed the cancellation 2 times and called to get confirmed the closing processing is on progress but nothing was done. They had still run my account as open. They said they will charge back the monthly fee, but nothing occurred so far.

Weeks later I found a new charge on my account: I-PAYMENT DES: CANCEL FEE ID $250.00
I called this 1st National they told me the Money will be charged back. The same result nothing was charged back.

During this year of business with 1st National I had several charges and new invented fees and new added Services to pay even I did not apply or want their additional services.

Stay away from 1st National Processing it is very fraudulent Company. Do not provide them your Business Account Number.

Several Hundred 1st National & I Payment Offices: Which One Set You Up?

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 01, 2010

Dear Sir,

When filing these kind of reports it is important that you specify which 1st National or I Payment Office wronged you.  There are several hundred across the nation, and sell for the main office in Calabasas.  The main office basically faciliates the transactions and handles risk management but it is up to your orignal sales office to ensure your service and support is handled properly.  The office which set you up should have gotten involved and made it so this did not happen to you, unless you did not notify them and called the main office by mistake.  Obviously they did not, and I am sorry to hear that.  Can you please let me know which 1st National Office sold you the merchant account. This is very important.  Thank You.
