Terrible! 3PD was supposed to deliver a couch for me from IKEA... I was assured by both IKEA and the customer service rep at 3PD they would remove the boxes for me. However, when the delivery team arrived 20 min later, they refused. I called the same customer service lady back and she told me that too bad, she can't make them take the boxes even though IKEA said they would. I refused delivery and told them to take it back because I won't deal with a company that lies to customers and refused to honor their promises...They really didn't care. The delivery guys did not even have a copy of the paperwork for me... that told me I had to "take a picture of it with my phone.
This is the most ridiculous, lazy unprofessional company I have ever dealt with...
They will not honor delivery times either and really don't care about their customers.
