We too are another vicitim of 411 Tax Relief, just like the other person who wrote in they seemed very knowledgable about what they were doing and promised that they could help us out. We paid them $2600.00 and they have not done anything for us, we have signed every piece of paper that they sent and sent them copies of our bank statements and my husband's pay stubs but we have had to deal with the IRS ourselves.
I intend to file a report with the BBB and if I could I would get a lawyer to get our money back, Please beware...do not send these people any money they do not do anything for you.

We have closed this case in our office. Despite our multiple attempts, the client eventually never cooperated with us, and refused to provide the information necessary to allow us to help her with her case. Unfortunately, some people would rather complain and play the victim than buckle down and work to address their problems that our firm is here to resolve.

I have noticed that they have answered my original complaint and it is a lie....one of the management called and asked me to retract my complaint and I told him that I would not because no one has helped us with anything, he said that they would just have to rebut it, which they did and it is a lie. They were suppose to send me an e-mail but have not, the still have not done anything, so please do not give these people your money, you will just be out a big amount and get no help

PREMATURE COMPLAINT--SHE'S STILL WORKING WITH US

Pat is NOT a "victim", and she continues to be a client. On 3/5/2009, we requested that she withdraw her complaint, or at least wait until her case is over before she starts bad-mouthing us in public. This request was refused, so now we must reply in this forum in order to keep the public record accurate.
Pat and her husband signed up with us on 4/7/2008. While it is true that they eventually provided us with all financial documents requested, we did not receive all pay stubs requested until December. We had requested all financial informaiton at least six times over this eight-month period, but until December we had received only partial information.
The Service Agreement that Pat signed has a paragraph titled "Client Responsibilities", which includes the client's agreement to cooperate with the firm and provide information on a timely basis.
After Pat's complaint appeared on this website February 6, we called and left messages several times times over two weeks until we finally had a long conversation on February 25, and both sides agreed to work together to get the best possible result.
We are optimistic that, with improved communications, we will be able to acheive a good result for this client.
