AAMCO transmission Scamming for repairs not asked for orignally , then original complaint even more $$ Lakeworth , Florida

Originally I brought my comapmy truck in for suspected u-joint replacement , was told that they would road test the truck , which was fine , i waited , the mechanic agreed with me , after the drive that the noise was comming from the u-joints or rear end, Kash the person at the front desk told me about some error codes they would look at {free diagnostic},He called me back and said there were 2 {two} moduals that needed to be replaced ! {2} , I told him to call my company owner to have that athorized..She instructed Aamco to CONTACT ME to see if i agreed or not and if not WE would have the option weather or not to repair the vehical or replace it , since i was the one always driving the vehical , they DID NOT CONTACT ME , and INSTEAD told the company owner that the trans was shot , mind you i have had absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission AT ALL ! the trouble was a noise from the u-joints/rear end {per machanic} subsequently my company owner was under the impression that they HAD contacted me and athorized them to rebuild the  trans and converter for $3239.41. I picked the truck up on 12/14 at 450pm just as they were closing and the same noise i originally complained about was STILL THERE ............. no change AT ALL..I brought the truck back the following morning , spoke to the manager personally , had HIM test drive the vehical himself , and he agreed about the original noise. I explained to him that I had had NO problems with the transmission whatso ever, the complaint was what he had heard...he told me that they would fix the problem at NO CHARGE as it was theyre fault for NOT addressing my original complaint {which is stated on the original service request}fast forward to 12/29 at 4 pm .. I dropped off the Van after calling, to have the repairs made and was told it should be ready by the end of the following day...{friday} when that didnt happen i was told Monday after the holiday it would be ready....on Monday afternoon I drove by the shop and the vehical was STILL parked where I had left it on thursday?? Tuesday Morning they STARTED work on the van? I came into the shop around 8am spoke to Kash at the front desk .. he said they were waiting for prices on the parts {8AM} throughout the day I called and visited 4 TIMES ..... finally at 4PM! I get a call quoting me a price of ANOTHER $2600 !!!! TO REPAIR MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT!!!! QUITE THE SCAM the have going huh ? if this isnt a scam for unasked for repairs then PLEASE WE INVITE THEM TO ADD THEYRE OWN RESPONSE, AS THEY WILL GET A NOTICE OF THIS REPORT, AND SHOW US WHERE SOMETHING ISNT THE TRUTH HERE ..... MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS PLACE
