Ace Industrial Supply harassment tactics and threats for merchandise ordered from another company burbank, California

Same exact scenerio as Mr. Sturch, ( "I got an invoice from Ace Industrial for a tool order I got from Big State Supply. I called Ace and they said they would check into it and call me back. Its been a week and nobody has called back. I called Big State and they said they had some salesman leave that stole some accounts and this was the drama they were creating.") except mine was Cal Pacific rather than Big State. I sent the tool back to Cal Pacific-let them worry with the problem they created... Sounds like this is a common practice?
