ACS Inc I received an e-mail from this company in July 2013 and again today. They have changed their contact number, but that is the ONLY thing they have changed! In both e-mails they have threatened to take me to court and to call my employer. I have requested information be MAILED to me and filed a "cease and desist" until I receive the info, which I have never received. Do not send them ANYTHING until they mail you info regarding these supposed accounts!!!! Internet

I received an e-mail today and also in July 2013 from this company stating that I would be prosecuted in court and my employer would be notified regarding "your actions".  I requested that information be mailed to me regarding the supposed account in July 2013 and again today.  I also informed the company that I was considering my return e-mail to be a "cease and desist" until I receive this information.  I never received any information in 2013, and suspect the same will happen now. The only difference between the e-mail today and the one in 2013, is the contact number that they supplied for a return call (which I do not plan on calling!!).  I was able to do some searching back in 2013, and discovered that this company is listed on numerous sites as fraud and a scam.
