ACS Incorporated aka acs inc scams, deceitful, fraudulant company Internet

 I received an email from acs inc stating that they were going to be filing a law suit against me because of an online payday loan in the amt of 765.64 that was supposedly direct deposited into my checking account.  I researched my acct and there was never any deposit made from said company.

I have tried calling the company with the numbers they included in the email.  There is no answer.  The company states they will report me to the FBI for fraud and that I will be responsible for court costs in the amount of 4600.00 not including the amount of the loan.

I received this email the last week of August 2013, and have received no other information.  There are no names on the email so I cant contact a person even if the numbers listed were real.
