ACS Legal Services AKA ACS Harassing phone calls even after they knew I was not the party they were looking for. Called both of my home phones and both cell phones. Called one number 8 times in 2 minutes because they wanted to teach me a lesson. I have witnesses to their calls. Willing to litigate.  NC

Today, 1 July 2013, ACS made over 20 calls to four of my phone numbers.  They threaten lawsuits and give bogus case reference numbers.  When asked what court was used--no reply.  They claimed they were tyring to collect a bad check.  This was even after I kept saying, I am not the person you are looking for and do not call my home again.  Put me on your do not call list.  They would not supply the name and account number of the merchant who supposedly hired them.  I believed them to be fraudulent and at that point became hostile and uncorporative.  Yes I was rude and unprofessional.  But the standard of professionalism was not a point of legailty.  Since they could not provide me what I wanted, I will not provide them what they want.  I think I deserve monetary compensation for the brutal attacks they made against me today.

ACS rep called my home looking for an individual whom I said yes I knew but I was not looking for anyone.  I am old and frankly, do not care to be involved.  I asked them if they had a mailing address and they said yes.  I asked the gentleman Keith Sellers to use the USPS and refrain from calling my house. 

In retaliation, they called my second home number and my 2nd cell phone number.  They called my cell number over 10 times in 3 minutes and continued to called throughout the day.

I have witnesses to the call that the calls were not computer generated because they called ME by name at a number (my second home) that is not listed under my current name.  They did research on the computer to pull this family connection together so I believe I also have a case for Internet fraud.
