ACS Legal Services 'Jim Anderson' Call center contacted my office stating a Law Suit was filed against my name & SS #. Orange County, California

I received a call at my office from a call center (I could hear others in the background) stating a Law Suit was filed against my name & Social Security # and that I need to contact the Senior Attorney at ACS Legal Services located in Los Angeles, CA right now. When I called the number given (707-508-4203) it was not a valid number. However, that is the same number that popped up on my Caller ID. That being said, I have NO idea what the said law suit is pertaining to and I don't beleive it is true because I could barely hear the guy on the phone. It kept beeping every few seconds like it was being recorded as if he was calling from jail or something and I could hear a bunch of others saying the same things in the background. SPAM SCAM
