I have sent three legal Cease & Desist notices to Andrew ("Andy") Brian Davis, the owner of this business asking him to remove the testimonial I once wrote about his business' products from his web site and all his marketing materials.
Despite this, the owner continues to post the testimonial which I do not wish posted on his site, against my repeated requests, as I do not want to be associated with or appearing to endorse its
owner any way.
Contrary to the testimonial its owner has posted with my name on it, I do not endorse its products or its owner.

2-26-13: After spending weeks contacting the BBB and relevant legal and regulatory agencies, I decided to check Add Garlic's website to see if the testimonial and my name had been removed. I found that it finally had, and am hoping it stays that way, and that this business owner does not decide to use my testimonial and name against my wishes again. It's sad that one has to go to these lengths with some people to get them to not use false advertising and usurp someone's identity and reputation for one's own gain.
