Afni,I received a SETTLEMENT OFFER which indicated I have an outstanding account with Verizon,which I have never used as a landline service Bloomington Illinois

When I called the toll free number provided I was told my call will be answered in 49 minutes! That was the first indication that this was a scam...figuring that most people will not stay on the line that long so they just end up paying the bill to protect their credit. Finally a foreign woman named Mellissa answered in a very un professional manner and raised my blood pressure level to astronomical proportions with her ignorant tone.

After hanging up in disgust I began to search for the web-site and noticed several links relating this collections company with scams. I came close to paying by credit card...Thank GOD I did not give up that information to them...BE CAREFUL WHEN LOGGING ON TO THEIR SITE!!YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION TO LOG IN: I wonder how many victims have fallen prey to these foreign scumbags!!
