In June of this year, I ordered over $100 worth of vitamins at allvitaminsplus.com. When I was unable to get through to their phone number, and they refused to answer my emails, I contacted the BBB, the Attorney General, and PayPal.
Unfortunately, I used PayPal to make my online payment. If I had used a credit card, I could have obtained a "chargeback". PayPal said there account was closed, and there is nothing they could do.
I heard nothing from the AG; the BBB sent me a report showing that this company now has an "F" rating. bbbsoutheastflorida.org
I found that YAHOO hosts their website, which is still "up and running"; when I asked YAHOO if there was anything I could do to shut down that website, they ignored my request.
