All Vitamins Plus All Vitamins Plus Disorganized mess. Sells unstocked items that take weeks/months to even leave Florida with sero contact re:same. Lake Worth, Florida

Ordered from AVPlus weeks ago, mostly for their decent prices and free shipping. Waited a week for some confirmation e-mail. NEVER came, despite AV+ not having the item(s) in stock. I had to contact them to inquire about my order. Was told they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. OK. That was 8 days ago and my order might ship today?
I also worked with their customer service, on a Friday,  in an effort to add an item to the already quite late shipment . . . wanted them to add item to existing order . . . person indicated this would/should be alright. Was notified LATE Monday that this wasn't possible, and that we needed to use a different CCard for payment, after they screwed up our Mastercard while trying to add the aforementioned item.
In my experience, this company is selling items they don't have in stock and claiming to ship in 2-3 days when, in fact, it's more like 2-4 weeks. If you NEED your order in a reasonable time frame, AVOID AllVitaminsPlus.
